Auditing Service

By law, every person has a responsibility to provide an accounting and submit the financial statement approved by CPA to the government.  The purpose of auditing is to assure on the reliability of the financial information and approach of bookkeeping process to stakeholders.  To obtain that assurance requires a firm to maintain the highest level of audit quality and tailors service to optimized and suit with client business structure and size.

Scope of service

1. Accounting audit along with auditing report presentation performed by certified public accountants.
2. Preparation and validation of financial statement by certified public accountants.
3. Submission of corporate income tax (P.N.D.50) and financial statement to the Revenue Department.
4. Preparation and submission of shareholders list, delivery letter and financial statement to the Ministry of Commerce.
